Gina Powell is a Senior Litigation Paralegal with the Dan Caplis Law Firm. She has been working in the field of law since 1994. Gina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at the University of Colorado, Boulder, and then earned a Juris Doctorate at the University of Wyoming College of Law. Gina practiced law for several years, then chose to change her role in the law to that of a paralegal; her previous experience and education enhances her contribution to clients’ cases.
Gina enjoys working with and assisting people; she has varied experience doing so. Before working in the law, she worked and volunteered for Emergency Family Assistance, Boulder County Safehouse, Motherhouse (in Boulder), Boulder County Legal Services, and was a tutor for students at Montessori grade school.
In her spare time, Gina enjoys all things creative including sewing, painting, scrapbooking, and working on home improvement projects. She often spends weekends hanging out with her husband and dogs watching movies, especially under the summer sky in their backyard.
